At Vsalon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Vsalon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your digital packing slip inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
